idk where the actual tutorial is for this but i could just as easily tell you how to do it haha its so simple. 

you guys ever make those fleece blankets that tied like that? same thing!

just get enough fabric to make the bed the size you want it (with a few extra inches around the edges after you cut it into circles; you’ll need two circles of fabric cut to the same shape and size) and cut about 2 inch cuts about an inch apart around the edges of the fabrics (make sure there are an equal number of cuts in both pieces of fabric) and just tie it together leaving enough room to stuff it.
